Having a Problem with Power DVD...

I haven't been able to run PowerDVD lately... everytime I try to play a DVD it comes up with this error. Anyone know what to do?

Well I figured out that it isn't PowerDVD it something with the drive... any suggestions?

You can always try deleting the drive from device manager and then rebooting.

so I just need to completely uninstall the drive and then reboot?

yeah i had that problem when i put my new DVD burner in... i had to completely uninstall both drives and re-boot.. and it works fine now...
